Loud and rude guests in residential neighborhood. Shouldn’t be able to run a wedding venue here. Owners don’t respond. People blast music for hours on end. Not acceptable. It would be one thing if the venue held its guests to its own rules, off duty officer must be present and outside music must be turned off by 10pm but that is not the case. I didn’t buy a home to deal with this for years
This place has a lot of potential but sadly there are ALOT of things wrong with the place that stop me from giving more than one start. This home was perfect for my wedding. My family and I stayed the week here and we had an unforgettable experience. I am so happy I chose this as my venue because it provided so many amenities and was in a beautiful location. The sunset over the river was stunning.
Great venue and good communication from owner Coltin! Highly recommend this beautiful hidden gem on the Manatee river.
3rd times the charm. Luckily I’m young and full of energy. This place should not be in operation as a wedding venue.
