Dr. Simone has one of the best attitudes I have seen in a long time from doctors she works hard for her patients truly cares. She has the best staff I have ever met walking into an office no fake smiles here. I would highly recommend. I drive nearly 3 hours away because of how good this Dr. is.

I honestly feel fooled by all the good reviews because my experience here as a new patient was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. For my first appointment, I was scheduled for 2:30 PM. The day before, I received an email saying my appointment was changed to around 12-something, which I never approved. When I called, the office said it was a system glitch and confirmed my time was switched back to 2:30. The staff is nice but the doctor is clearly not focused on providing professional primary care medicine. She seems to be Only focused on collecting money! Be weary of allowing her to treat you with HRT, she did not vet me to make sure i was a candidate and i suffered unnecessary side effects.. Also i received abnormal lab results weeks ago and never even received a phone call.

My visits are always pleasant, and everyone consistently attends to my needs. Dr. Van-Horne always stays on top of my medical requirements.

Everyone is so nice and Dr Van Horne is the best. We had been searching for 7 years to find a doctor to help with diet and weight loss. The office always calls back even on weekends! Really awesome experience.
