The staff is nice but the doctor is clearly not focused on providing professional primary care medicine. She seems to be Only focused on collecting money! Be weary of allowing her to treat you with HRT, she did not vet me to make sure i was a candidate and i suffered unnecessary side effects.. Also i received abnormal lab results weeks ago and never even received a phone call.
Everyone is so nice and Dr Van Horne is the best. We had been searching for 7 years to find a doctor to help with diet and weight loss. The office always calls back even on weekends! Really awesome experience.
I’ve had some bad experiences with doctors before, but this provider truly takes the cake. Her office staff is completely disorganized, and there always seems to be someone new working there. They rarely answer the phone, it’s a hassle to get them to send prescriptions to the pharmacy, and they failed to inform me that the provider is no longer in-network with UnitedHealthcare. I highly recommend this practice! The staff is so kind, helpful, and truly cares about their patients. They work quickly and efficiently, with excellent communication and timely follow-ups. They also went above and beyond to help me sort out a complicated insurance issue. A fantastic experience overall—definitely deserving of five stars!
I’ve been a patient for over a year now, and my experience has been great! Dr. Van-Horne and everyone on her team from the NP to the nurses, assistants, and front desk staff are amazing, you can tell they really love what they do. This practice focuses on actual solutions for your health based on in-depth labs and diagnostics, and they’re very transparent. Also, the new office in Tamarac is beautiful and modern!
