I’ve had some bad experiences with doctors before, but this provider truly takes the cake. Her office staff is completely disorganized, and there always seems to be someone new working there. They rarely answer the phone, it’s a hassle to get them to send prescriptions to the pharmacy, and they failed to inform me that the provider is no longer in-network with UnitedHealthcare. I highly recommend this practice! The staff is so kind, helpful, and truly cares about their patients. They work quickly and efficiently, with excellent communication and timely follow-ups. They also went above and beyond to help me sort out a complicated insurance issue. A fantastic experience overall—definitely deserving of five stars!

I recently came down with a virus and did not have a local primary care physician. A neighbor referred me to Dr. Simone Van-Horn. I was able to be seen quickly and greeted by a professional staff. Dr. Simone Van-Horne accurately; diagnosed, treated and put me on the road to recovery. Excellent experience.

My fav health team! I always feel the love when I come into the office. Everyone is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I really enjoy coming in and I never have to wait to be seen. Dr. Simone has taken the time to build a rapport with me and that makes me feel heard. Thank you to you all for all that you do!
