Very unprofessional. I had sent pictures of the exact style that I wanted and they told me it could by done within 5-6 hours. I am tender headed, so I was hoping it wouldn’t take so long. I sat there for 10 hours. I noticed when they were at the top of my head it looked nothing like the pictures so I asked them to remove what was done to the top of my crown. Love love love this place. I asked for small knotless braids and they happily helped me pick the hair color I wanted to add and told me great information about my hair and how it would behave with the braids. Prices are fair and they usually have same day appointments. I called her at 915 am and was in the chair at 1115 only due to my own delays. They don't mind if you just want to tune out on your phone or listen to music in your ear buds.
The shoe speaks for itself !! They took there time and was very patient with me I love smart braids !! My hair was soo cuteeeee
Braids lasted less then a week $205 for braids that lasted less then a week is crazy. Never again. And then they tried to blame the hair, no I could understand you guys when you were talking, none of you knew what you were doing after telling me you did. I should have gotten up then and left but I’m a dummy and wanted to trust the process. Then when I complained you gave me two days to come back and I had to come at a certain time.
