Very unprofessional. I had sent pictures of the exact style that I wanted and they told me it could by done within 5-6 hours. I am tender headed, so I was hoping it wouldn’t take so long. I sat there for 10 hours. I noticed when they were at the top of my head it looked nothing like the pictures so I asked them to remove what was done to the top of my crown. I have loved every experience here and have come multiple times within the past year( and I even converted my sister) finding a place like Smartbraids in is like finding water in the desert! they take reasonable priced , Walk-ins, and so fast and thorough( I spend maybe 6-8 hrs for pretty intricate designs). Hair is provided AND you can text the shop.
Today was my first experience and it was amazing. I hat two wonderful ladies working on my boho braids. They were very professional and kind. I recommend Smart Braids to anyone looking for good service and great work!!
I went in this morning @630am 10/11/25 to get boxed braids..my hair was shorter than anyone in the I was next and Tina did it perfectly took her time laughd and talk to me...she is the GOAT.
