Lately I’ve been making a point to review great businesses and customer service. Patti is hands down in that category. Patti has been amazing. She took time to explain the process during my consult and answered any questions/concerns I had. She laid out what to expect during treatment and provided a recommendation of how often to come for appointments. Patti is just absolutely great. She was able to accommodate my skin sensitivity to the traditional heat method used in electrolysis to a gentler and just-as-effective option. She cares about your comfort. Knowledgeable, professional and skilled !!
