Lately I’ve been making a point to review great businesses and customer service. Patti is hands down in that category. Patti has been amazing. She took time to explain the process during my consult and answered any questions/concerns I had. She laid out what to expect during treatment and provided a recommendation of how often to come for appointments. First time seeing Patti. She was amazing and I will be going back. During treatment she made suggestions on how to move forward while making my visit as comfortable and painless as possible. I’ve gone to other places in the past and none made me feel as comfortable as Patti did.

Patti is just absolutely great. She was able to accommodate my skin sensitivity to the traditional heat method used in electrolysis to a gentler and just-as-effective option. She cares about your comfort. Knowledgeable, professional and skilled !!
