Also what is the warranty for his job?????? No contract Nothing stating to come back and fix it what is the warranty on this? Good price but the only reason I provided a 2 star is because the owner never did grading work. If you know about ground work you will always need to grade it I paid 12k for crushed asphalt with gravel why would you put something on grass 🤔 makes no sense and then asking if I wanted it to be graded ?
