First, the price was good which should have been a red flag. The fence itself has bad boards. It took servaral weeks of calling and emailing for someone to come out to repair the problem, they made appointments that the did not keep. When the owner came he said he was here to fix three boards and it was more, but he didn't bother to check the rest of the fence and there are many bad boards that I will have to pay someone else to repair. He even had the nerve to tell me, " this is not my fault, this was done by the weather". ... read more
In September 2025, Mr. ******** *********** with Springforward Fence was supposed to come to my home to replace some bad wood; it was 2x4s that was installed in my backyard. Before the workers got started in August 2025, he stated that he would pull out all of the bad wood before installing them. As his workers installed the 2x4 to the poles, I thought everything was going ok.
