We came on a rainy day for some hot soup and we were not disappointed. The ramen came quickly with good toppings. We ordered the garlic ramen, I found that the burnt garlic taste overpowered the ramen broth so I was not able to get a good taste of the broth. The lunch special was a great deal, the gyozas and kaarage were very delicious. Service was very attentive and friendly. Decoration inside was unique and fun. I would definitely come back to try another ramen
Just tried this brand-new ramen spot and loved it! 🌱 The vegetarian ramen bowl and fried rice were packed with flavor—rich broth, fresh veggies, and spot-on seasoning. Huge portions that left me happily full, super affordable, and everything tasted clean and delicious. The place is bright, clean, and welcoming—perfect for vegetarians looking for hearty options. Friendly service too.

Tajima Ramen Maui is a must-visit! My wife and I started with the gyoza, which were perfectly crisp and flavorful. They were a great way to kick off the meal. For our main dish, we both ordered the Tajima Red Ramen, and it did not disappoint. The broth had just the right amount of spice, rich and well-balanced. I added a noodle refill because I couldn’t get enough. Honestly, this was the best ramen I’ve had outside of Japan. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was also fantastic with ... read more
