Beware lazy property managers who seem to not care about addressing maintenance issues properly and will nickel and dime you for your security deposit! I rented a duplex from this management company and it was easily the WORST management experience in my 4 years at FSU living in Tallahassee. They do not care about the more serious maintenance issues you experience and you will have to remind them to handle it in a timely manner if it is more serious than a 15 minute handyman job. I cannot say enough good things about Jackson. He really helped me when I was in a pinch and found me a place really quick. He made the process very smooth and help guide me through it. They are a great company if I ever move out of this house I will rent from them again.

Wonderful experience with this leasing group from move in and beyond! Shanna and her team have been very kind, helpful, and responsive to our needs regarding our rental home. They've made communicating easy and take our concerns seriously. For the few maintenance requests they've been prompt to address them and resolved the issues quickly. Stay far away. They have no interest in the upkeep of their properties and do not hire professionals to do the work. They left a fence torn down with rusty nails and rotten boards in our backyard for months despite a promise that it would be replaced upon move in. The chain link fence they eventually replaced it with looks like a child installed it. After a pipe burst under our house and flooded an entire room they took days to get someone to look at it, and those contractors left our carpet ripped up and stained. The f... read more

I had such a wonderful experience with the TMLG leasing team, in particular, Shanna and Brianne. Both ladies have been awesome! Shanna, who is such an amazing human and pleasant property manager, was a delight to work with. She has been very helpful throughout my tenancy - even before moving in and after. The group is very responsive and takes their tenants concerns and maintenance needs seriously. It has been a real pleasure working with TMLG 🙂. I highly recommend them for your property management and rental needs!
