We just completed our lease in a beautiful home in Town & Country neighborhood. We unfortunately moved back to Ohio but for very good reason as that’s where we’re from and recently had a son. Shanna Ray was amazing to us the entire time! Very easy to deal with and she was more than welcoming to us and helped to make us feel very at home. Beware lazy property managers who seem to not care about addressing maintenance issues properly and will nickel and dime you for your security deposit! I rented a duplex from this management company and it was easily the WORST management experience in my 4 years at FSU living in Tallahassee. They do not care about the more serious maintenance issues you experience and you will have to remind them to handle it in a timely manner if it is more serious than a 15 minute handyman job. I’ve now Katherine for many years and have to say that not only is she one of the kindest people I’ve know but her company is one of the most professional companies we have had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend this leasing company to anyone looking for a home to rent in the area.
I cannot say enough good things about Jackson. He really helped me when I was in a pinch and found me a place really quick. He made the process very smooth and help guide me through it. They are a great company if I ever move out of this house I will rent from them again.
Wonderful experience with this leasing group from move in and beyond! Shanna and her team have been very kind, helpful, and responsive to our needs regarding our rental home.
