We just completed our lease in a beautiful home in Town & Country neighborhood. We unfortunately moved back to Ohio but for very good reason as that’s where we’re from and recently had a son. Shanna Ray was amazing to us the entire time! Very easy to deal with and she was more than welcoming to us and helped to make us feel very at home. We rented through Tallahassee Management and Leasing Group for almost 6 years and had a great experience. They were always easy to work with, reliable, and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Jackson and Katherine were especially great. They were always quick to respond to questions or requests and super helpful. We always felt taken care of as tenants. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area!
I’ve now Katherine for many years and have to say that not only is she one of the kindest people I’ve know but her company is one of the most professional companies we have had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend this leasing company to anyone looking for a home to rent in the area.
I had such a wonderful experience with the TMLG leasing team, in particular, Shanna and Brianne. Both ladies have been awesome! Shanna, who is such an amazing human and pleasant property manager, was a delight to work with. She has been very helpful throughout my tenancy - even before moving in and after. The group is very responsive and takes their tenants concerns and maintenance needs seriously. It has been a real pleasure working with TMLG 🙂. Wonderful experience with this leasing group from move in and beyond! Shanna and her team have been very kind, helpful, and responsive to our needs regarding our rental home.
