James Tate has always been very helpful to me. I can stop in his office, text or call him. He always helps me decide which plan would be best for my needs. When I have a question about benefits or Doctors in the plan he is always ready with an answer.

Susan listened to our needs and wants in an insurance company before suggesting several options carefully explaining the differences. We chose a policy that gave us expanded benefits while encompassing Medicare It has worked out wonderful for our family needs.
