My family and I didn’t know that coming here comes with the price of experiencing horrible customer service and lack of hospitality. We liked coming here, but the first problem we had is where the reoccurring mistreatment began from the same worker. Machines were really good. Establishment was neat and clean BUT IT WAS REALLY TEALKY HOT!! Hotter than outside. It says air conditioned in the window, well, maybe inside the office cause in the laundromat was really bad. Everybody was waiting for washes to finish in the parking lot. Ladies were really attentive.

I’ve dropped off my clothes to get washed many times and have always had a good experience. It’s always clean and attendants are always very friendly! The only thing that kind of sucks is when one person takes 6+ dryers which leave others waiting. I understand that’s a personal choice and some just take advantage of free drying. But giving the attendants the opportunity to tell customers a limit of dryers would be helpful. Maybe adding it as a rule and enforcing it.

It was terrible. There was so much trash on the floor and people were were eating food and dropping it on Floor and there was some five-year-old kept on playing with his AC truck on the floor. No one would have let us through and all of the dry machines were used, and the floor was even dirtier than ever dirtier than The trash One of the employees were not even doing their job, the lady that works in the morning (Dalia) I always see her talking and talking and never done her work or even cleaning.
