Excellent service. Very friendly and professional. Was able to come out two days after texting him. Fair price. Arrived on schedule and did the work quickly. Cleaned up area after removal. Would use again.
The Junk Express is a serious business. If you believe that what you do with your junk is also a serious matter, then you would benefit from The Junk Express. They are courteous and punctual, and understand our responsibility to the environment. Fees are reasonable and state that they are licensed. I have called them three times, and was not disappointed.
I had a very heavy concrete fountain that I wanted removed. The team did a wonderful job. They came out the very next day. Hauled it away within 10 minutes. And even cleaned up some of the mess that was underneath it. One couldn’t ask for better service or nicer people. Also, the price was slightly better than the other people that I contacted. So Again, can’t ask for better than that.
Just had The Junk Express do a pick up of trash removal for me. We are building an addition onto our house and we had a lot of random garbage and some large pallets from it. Joanna, Frank and their crew were great! They were fast, thorough and very affordable. I especially appreciated their willingness to pick up some abandoned trash that had been dumped by a stranger and left in our cul-de-sac. Frank and his crew were outstanding. Would like to give higher than five stars. Junk Express was excellent on price, immediate reply to my inquiry and scheduling. It reminded me how businesses operated 25 years ago —emphasis on customer service and delivering a solid performance. Frank and his crew are amazing.
