I have been going to Sonja at The Lashloft for almost 2 years and she is great. My lashes look stunning. She is very professional and I couldn’t ask for more!!!
I had an appointment scheduled for Jan 12th at 2:30pm for brow wax/tint and lash lift and tint. Just before 2, Sonja texts me that she needs to move my appointment to 4 due to other clients being late (Later, I realized it was just her being unprofessional and using her clients as a scapegoat). I had an appointment scheduled. Rushing to get there on time, I arrived to find the door locked. I called, text, no answer nor reply. 30 minutes later I get a call, no explanation, just "how can I make this up to you?" Reluctant, I rescheduled. When I arrived for my appointment again, I get a text that she forgot her salon keys and will be back in 10 minutes. 20 minutes after my appointment time, she's back, as I was literally about to leave. . I've tried several lash joints in town, but this has been the only place I consistently have great results. Sonja is a lash master. She's experienced and knows how to make me look and feel beautiful without damaging my natural lashes. This is a fun place to get your lashes done too.
