I’ve been coming to the Sauna Studio for more years than I can remember now. I moved here from New York 12 years ago, and have a wellness practice in Ventura. I was looking for a studio for self care options, and that is when I stepped into their salt room for the first time. Now, not only am I a regular sauna, salt, and massage bed customer, I also do the sound baths once a month in the salt room. I love this place. Its been instrumental in my recovery from the use of the sauna to the cold plunge. The owners clearly care about their clientele, too.
I am so glad that I found this place! I only wish that I had discovered it sooner. I was looking for something other than just a regular massage that I already do regularly. I was wanting additional ways of caring for my body and mind. I've had several sports related injuries and because of it, I have a cervical fusion and lumbar fusion.
