I am so glad that I found this place! I only wish that I had discovered it sooner. I was looking for something other than just a regular massage that I already do regularly. I was wanting additional ways of caring for my body and mind. I've had several sports related injuries and because of it, I have a cervical fusion and lumbar fusion. The fusions themselves don't bother me but I have to make sure and really take care of my muscles in both areas. If I don't keep up on them, then I will be in pain. Very relaxing! They also give you an ice cold eucalyptus towel for after your session which is very refreshing!
David and Laura and their staff are so helpful, go the extra mile and truly care about the well being of their clients. I have been going for over 6 months now. My constant pain and inflammation have almost disappeared, my skin feels better and my overall well being is the best it’s been in years. I know my commitment to biweekly sauna has begun to heal me from the inside out. I highly recommend you check it out. You won’t regret it.
The vibe from the moment I set food into the Spa was so peaceful and tranquil. Laura and David were warm and delightful. I felt like I was visiting old friends. The treatment rooms were very triangular and tastefully decorated.
