Customer service was poor, dispatch only willing to email instead of getting on the phone, as far as a bigger company is concerned TMX is. Waste of time. Smaller work maybe. Any company that doesn't get on the phone and communicate its def a red flag!
TMX Intermodal has only handled a few of my shipments so far, but each time they handled it quickly, efficiently, and with a good price.
Great service and fast response. Especially dispatch team. Recommended for those who in need of good trucking experience.
The SAV terminal is Wonderful. The service is A1!! I will continue to send my freight to them. The Whole team ROCKS!!
