Lori was amazing to work with. She did her research on our destination and gave us multiple places to choose from. She helped us every step of the way for this special vacation and touched base with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going great. My husband and I needed help planning our trip to Scotland and Lori helped us get organized, book our hotels and flights! She also found us the perfect excursion for the Isle of Skye.
Decided to start summer early this year and went to Puerto Vallarta as recommended by my travel agent, Lori Arzola! By far the best experience yet. There is so much history and culture in PV and Lori was so helpful with the entire trip from start to finish. Excursions suggested by Lori were the best. City Tour of PV and Rhythm of the Nights are a must. I cannot wait to go back and I look forward to using Travel Design Loft for my next trip.
Lori was AMAZING! This was our first time going to Mexico and the first time ever leaving the USA! I asked Lori to find a vacation location for my 65th Birthday. I gave her some ideas of what I liked and the time frame. She came up with the perfect trip! Between the time I booked and when I shipped out, Lori responded quickly to any questions I had. I appreciated this because it was my first solo trip and first cruise, so I had lots of questions.
