I am not a customer thanks to Chad, but I can say that I’m blown away by their exceptional service. Chad called back within an hour of getting my message requesting an inspection, did an onsite assessment that same day, told me we did not need a new roof, and refused any payment for his time or expertise. While I am grateful I did not need Valentine Roofing services this time, I can say their honesty and genuine support has won them my future business - this is Texas so it’s only a matter of time!

Marc & I are very pleased with our experience with Valentine Premier Construction. We will definitely use them for future projects. I used Valentine for my sunroof flashing a couple of years back. I recently had a leak around the sunroof and called their office. Chad called me back promptly and came over to inspect the flashing and fixed some damage. The leak still continued and I messaged him again. Since the work was out of warranty Chad did let me know that there will be a cost for the fix, which was expected. Thank you Valentine! Our roof was leaking after the storm on Tuesday morning. They came that afternoon and repaired the roof quickly. The price was reasonable and everyone was so courteous. Amazing service!

I would highly recommend using Valentine Roofing for your roofing replacement. Chad Magee was exceptional. He communicated well, explained my options and set the right expectations. The work was performed efficiently and to high standards. The whole experience was very easy with no stress.
