We chose Jim for our personal home pool build after getting a few bids. We are also a general contractor for CA and NV but we don't do pools. We chose Jim because we felt he was the most knowledgable, trustworthy and attanetive. We went with a freeform gunite, saltwater with waterfalls. Jim finished our pool this past September and that gave us 2 months of swim use. Pool was never finished. Wadell has stopped communicating and is not finishing the pool although he has received full payment. Many mistakes and short cuts were made and went 6 months over promised finishing. Very disappointing and over priced.
