Squatters were living at the house before we bought it. They totally ruined the pool. Jim came over for an estimate and continued on rebuilding the pool. He came every day until it was finished. Mr Waddell has so much experience building and chosing finishes, it was easy for us. The rock edge is incredible. The pool is gorgeous.
After contacting multiple pool companies Jim with Waddell Pools is who helped bring our dream of having a pool come true. Jim and his crew made the process easy, our questions were always answered in a timely manner and I never felt uncomfortable coming to them with any questions or concerns we had. We had to refinish the pool with pebbles Sheen. Got a bid from Jim Waddell very reasonable came out and explained how it was done how long it would take came in a month early finished it up. Great job.
We chose Jim for our personal home pool build after getting a few bids. We are also a general contractor for CA and NV but we don't do pools. We chose Jim because we felt he was the most knowledgable, trustworthy and attanetive. We went with a freeform gunite, saltwater with waterfalls. Let me start by saying I'm a local general contractor in this area.
