When selling our home, we couldn't ask for a better realtor. He's very organized, communication was easy with him, and he also cares about the families he is helping sell their homes. We will use him every time we have property to sell or want to buy. This will be our second time using him as our realtor. Thank you Wendell Hodges you're the best.

Wendell has helped us buy two houses now and I couldn’t possibly explain how great of a realtor he is. He has gone above and beyond for us, doing more than he should, and I am so thankful we chose him! I would highly recommend using him as a realtor. He’s the best there is.

Wendell is an amazing realtor! He was available and communicative throughout the process. He provided us the information we needed step by step, from getting the house ready for listing, to assembling all the documents we needed at closing. He booked numerous showings daily and helped us sort through the overwhelming amount of offers. He made a difficult process much easier and was patient and professional throughout. I have recommended him to several people personally, and would highly recommend him to anyone reading this.

Wendell Hodges is professional, yet personable! He attended to our needs in the sell of our home, as well as with the purchase of our new home. Wendell was readily available for any and all questions. He is very knowledgeable, able to advise homeowners/buyers on anything from property taxes, homeowners insurance, even helpful concerning “how much” home one should buy. Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. Wendell was knowledgeable, accurate, and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Thank you Wendell! Edit: Wendell has now brokered 3 deals for us including an unlisted, not for sale lake lot who’s owner was nearly impossible to track down. But Wendell found her and she accepted our offer. This guy is amazing and truly cares about his clients from beginning to end and beyond.
