Wendell is an amazing realtor! He was available and communicative throughout the process. He provided us the information we needed step by step, from getting the house ready for listing, to assembling all the documents we needed at closing. He booked numerous showings daily and helped us sort through the overwhelming amount of offers. He made a difficult process much easier and was patient and professional throughout. I have recommended him to several people personally, and would highly recommend him to anyone reading this.

Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. Wendell was knowledgeable, accurate, and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Thank you Wendell! Edit: Wendell has now brokered 3 deals for us including an unlisted, not for sale lake lot who’s owner was nearly impossible to track down. But Wendell found her and she accepted our offer. This guy is amazing and truly cares about his clients from beginning to end and beyond.

My wife and I have used Wendell multiple times to buy and sell. He has always been very responsive and truly invested in every facet along the way of either purchasing or selling. Biggest key point is he will fight for you, for example when our first offer was denied on our latest home, he went back and got the offer accepted by dealing with the seller. Great guy to work with and always has your best interests in mind. I will always recommend and use him.
