No frills, large portions! PBS kids was playing on a TV in the corner so our kids were entranced and we had a very quiet dinner. Most people get takeout from here but it was convenient enough for our family of 5 to dine in.
Ordered for takeout. The bbq chicken was overcooked and the bbq beef very fatty. Grilled onions were perfect. The Cole slaw mac salad was delicious and the best part. Great service and made quickly.
Walked in not expecting much but was greeted lovingly by a sweet family running shop by themselves. They seemed delighted that we were eating In and the small homey setting really felt like they inviting us to sit at their table. The spam masubi was incredible, served fresh, with a sweet sauce, and a little touch of pork sung in there made all the difference. I got the wagyu beef with egg meal. Wow this place is amazing. If you’re thinking about it or looking for a great spot, don’t look any further—this is the right spot. Also, somehow the best Mac salad I’ve had anywhere in USA or Hawaii. Props to these folks.
