Had a baby shower last weekend and order from William BBQ in San Carlos. The food was a hit at the party. I ordered the bbq chicken, Wagyu beef, fried fish, broccoli, and macaroni salad. I love their their macaroni salad that had some Coleslaw mixed in. The food portions were big and we were able to take some home. They also delivered to the house since I bought a certain amount. Super massive portions, delicious food, very sweet family running the restaurant. You can really tell how much love and care they put into their food and service. We had the BBQ chicken, chicken katsu, and ribs. I think all were delicious and the Mac salad was not too sweet. I appreciated all the sauce options as well. There's a lot of potential here and I'm glad there's a new Hawaiian BBQ spot. It's not a chain restaurant, so there's potential for homemade Hawaiian flavors from scratch.
