The trainers here aren't just people who took an online certification course and can teach a dog to sit on command. They understand dogs and work very hard to make sure they know exactly what it is you need to accomplish. Their methods help you be a "team" and there were a lot of things I needed to work on to make sure I was setting my dog up for success. BFF Pet Services , Chris and her team are amazing. They all so committed and patience with every dog and owner! We have a Terrier which is one of the most stubborn breeds and can be frustrating. Sometimes I feel like giving up but the team just encourages you with such positive training.
Silas learned his basic manners and commands here...3 years out and he is still very well behaved and smart! Thank you Jack and Chris...God bless you.
