My wife and I are first time home buyers and we only knew so much about the home buying process. Bryan did a great job of explaining all the details so we were never hit with any surprises. Bryan was on it from our first contact. Sent us listings regularly. Was able to fit us in for several showings on short notice . We live 3hrs away and several times we threw houses that we wanted to see the night before and he always made it happen. Would highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

very good and - helpfull stayed on top of process and kept us informed would certainly recommend him was with us from start to finish - arrange for pest control inspection c leaning the home - cleaning carpet - removal and getting rid of contents

I would recommend Bryan Ciapessoni to anyone buying or selling their property. He went above and beyond to help me with contractor connections in order to complete the work needed on my house. He met with contractors, inspectors, etc. when I couldn't. He always was available to take calls when I had questions. Thank you Bryan for the best experience I could have hoped for.
