Responsive and thorough. Had an equipment issue prior to arriving, but stayed committed and in contact though they were leaving to cover the hurricane the next day. Quality of work was excellent.

After being delayed two hours due to a flat on their trailer Billy and Stephanie arrived at the jobsite and I was concerned that one guy and a girl that weighed about 100 Lbs was going to take down a large pine. Let me say I was amazed at their teamwork. Never seen anyone in my career work as hard as those two in 95 degree weather. They definitely earned my respect. They did a good job trimming and cutting down 1 tree; however, there were several problems which occurred. I had to leave before they finished on Monday,thinking I would be back before they finished. When I wasn't, they called very upset that I wouldn't be able to pay them in time for them to get to the bank in time. I had not asked them if they needed the payment that day, but I think the company should let the customer know its payment terms.
