Scallion pancakes for life
Avoid the noodle dishes. Spicy beef over rice + scallion pancakes are tasty.
Totally underwhelming, lip stains on my cup. No thanks.
Try the curry chicken noodle soup. The curry isn't spicy, but what amazing flavor and some of the most tender flavorful chicken you will ever taste. It will mellow you out after the hardest of days.
Go out and get drunk, and then stop here on the way home and eat some pan-fried noodles at the counter. The window seats are freezing, sit near the kitchen and watch them make dumplings.
Come for the sesame pancakes filled with pork belly and stay for the Mexican coke! Not crazy about the rice noodles though... Not really chewy enough to be called ramen

Sesame Pancake with Veggies is my favorite appetizer. The Roast Pork Soup is always a solid choice.
