Mr. George was the first person to call within minutes of submitting my request to Service Magic. He was available that evening! He arrived as promised and was extremely thorough in his observations, measurements and report. He certainly did his homework on neighborhood homes' values as well. Plus, it was great getting the report via email (PDF file) - which made it quick and I can save it to print as I need to.
