Ivan and his team were professional and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Since we have little to no knowledge of water damage, mold repair and dry fogging, they made us feel at ease every step the way. He was able to provide step by step action plans and photos of before, during and after the service. Thanks for making our home a healthy living space again!

On top of every thing else, he was extremely thorough and businesslike in everything he did and always went out of his way to provide us with the best possible service. Ivan is very professional. He explained every step with details, and always took time to answer all the questions. On the job day, He was very careful to clean every corner, his work was in high quality. We got the air cleaned out, and retest results were clean. Just had my house inspected. I have a decently huge mold problem. Ivan was very responsive and efficient. I was concerned about time as I do not have much through out the day but he showed up on time and was quick and thorough. I recently had a part of my floor pulled up to be re done and there was a damp earthy smell coming from the bottom of the house. Ivan came out and inspected our home promptly. The cleaning service he offered was effective and I would recommend it if you're concerned about mold in or around your home.
I was very impressed by the service that My Pure Environment provided. Firstly, they provided free inspection and elevation. Secondly, they patiently explain the situation, procedure and benefit of the service. Thirdly, they did a excellent job (covered all areas thoroughly as requested).
