My Pure Environment is a good company for mold remediation. I found them online and was able to make an appointment right away for the free assessment and estimate. Ivan Kwok promised that he would get the estimate back to me the same day and he did just that. He also explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions. He has an incredible amount of knowledge and gives you so much helpful information both by email and in person and explains the process step by step. Ivan was amazing! He responded to me promptly and was able to see me within 24 hours of me reaching out. He started by taking well lit photographs of the areas of my home that had mold and immediately airdropped them to my phone so that I could have my own copies. He preformed an air test in two rooms that seemed to have the most mold to test the levels to be able to determine the severity of the issue.
