Ivan was very professional. He showed up on time and got to work right away. He thoroughly explained the procedures for me and provided lots of pictures for the job.
I left the house empty for about a year after my mom past away. I was taking care of my dad in his house. I found that my house Especially my bedroom and restroom was smell like molds after I moved back. my alergy got really bad. It was so hard to find someone during the pandemic. After the job was finished, the air quality improved a lot. The costumer service is also wonderful: he was very thorough with what he was going to improve, with pictures and videos added. He was also very patient. This helped our health a lot. Love this service!
Ivan came on time. He thoroughly fumigated the house and he was done exactly at the time he told us he would be done. He also took videos to show us all the areas covered since we had to be outside the house.
