Ivan came on time. He thoroughly fumigated the house and he was done exactly at the time he told us he would be done. He also took videos to show us all the areas covered since we had to be outside the house.

We were in a bind with an unruly tenant who demanded immediate inspection on a long weekend after evading opportunities for inspection for a month. Ivan was very responsive and reached out to us on a Long weekend to get the work started. Thoroughly professional job while dealing with a difficult and rude tenant. Definitely recommend!
Horrible experience right from the beginning. This person was very rude and spoke as if he was doing me a favor. Completely unprofessional, and he asked me to pay for the entire service without even doing anything. Would not recommend.
