Ivan (district manager) provided excellent service to explains the ins and outs of the mold restoration at my rental units in San Jose. He shows up on time, and comes across as very knowledgeable and professional. The team is very polite and taking care of my tenant personal belongings. He also guarantee of the work. I highly recommend the service by My Pure Environment and the 5-star work by Ivan.

Mr. Kwok is really professional and thoughtful. He gave a thorough inspection and gave me detail explanations. He not only explains the issues, tells me about the possible causes, and he even tells me the detail solution on how to solve them. I would definite recommend Mr. Kwok.
