Ivan provided a free inspection and estimate, and was very thorough in checking not only the place that showed signs of mold, but also other walls and ceilings in the home to get a better understanding of the extent of the issue.
My Pure Environment did an absolutely fantastic job. Ivan was courteous and super thorough, and ended up finding a major mold problem in an adjacent crawl space that I never would have checked. From there he remediated the situation in a timely and professional manner. I can’t recommend him and MPE strongly enough!
Ivan and his team were professional and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Since we have little to no knowledge of water damage, mold repair and dry fogging, they made us feel at ease every step the way. He was able to provide step by step action plans and photos of before, during and after the service. Thanks for making our home a healthy living space again!
