Ivan was amazing! He responded to me promptly and was able to see me within 24 hours of me reaching out. He started by taking well lit photographs of the areas of my home that had mold and immediately airdropped them to my phone so that I could have my own copies. He preformed an air test in two rooms that seemed to have the most mold to test the levels to be able to determine the severity of the issue. Ivan (district manager) provided excellent service to explains the ins and outs of the mold restoration at my rental units in San Jose. He shows up on time, and comes across as very knowledgeable and professional. The team is very polite and taking care of my tenant personal belongings. He also guarantee of the work.
