My wife and I are delighted with the mold remediation service we received from Mr. Kwok and My Pure Environment. From the beginning, it was obvious we were dealing with a professional. Mr. Kwok is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, energetic, courteous and friendly at all times. On top of every thing else, he was extremely thorough and businesslike in everything he did and always went out of his way to provide us with the best possible service. We would be happy to recommend him to anyone.
Ivan is very professional. He explained every step with details, and always took time to answer all the questions. On the job day, He was very careful to clean every corner, his work was in high quality. We got the air cleaned out, and retest results were clean. Just had my house inspected. I have a decently huge mold problem. Ivan was very responsive and efficient. I was concerned about time as I do not have much through out the day but he showed up on time and was quick and thorough. Ivan ran everything down for me and the price for everything was less than expected. Look forward to continue working with Ivan and having the house treated.
I recently had a part of my floor pulled up to be re done and there was a damp earthy smell coming from the bottom of the house. Ivan came out and inspected our home promptly. The cleaning service he offered was effective and I would recommend it if you're concerned about mold in or around your home.
