Mr. Kwok is really professional and thoughtful. He gave a thorough inspection and gave me detail explanations. He not only explains the issues, tells me about the possible causes, and he even tells me the detail solution on how to solve them. I would definite recommend Mr. Kwok.
Ivan was a great contractor to work it. He was able to give a free inspection and then get job done within a reasonable time frame. Would hire him again.
