Ivan was so amazing! He was super professional, quick to communicate, and very good at explaining the work needed to be done. Also he was very efficient. We had an urgent case in evaluate a house that we interested in sending an offer. Due to time constraints, Mr Kwok did an inspection on the same day we requested. He is very professionalism and step by step walk us through in regarding of the issue of the house and possible solutions. He explained very well to make sure we understand all the content. This inspection definitely helped us a lot to understand the house condition better. I would highly recommend Mr Kwok and his company for the service.

Ivan was great and came over to do an assessment of the house. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I haven’t got anything done yet since I am waiting to hear from my landlord.

Ivan was very thorough, he looked at all of my problem areas to make the best assessment. He took pictures of every part of my home. He explained the entire process. He even explain what I should look for in the work of a contractor. He really gave me a full understanding of the work that was needed. All for free. Lots of experience and very knowledgeable.
