Ivan and team did an excellent job on my rental. I received hundreds of short videos of the work site showing they did a thorough cleaning of mold. I feel confident to start reconstruction. I highly recommend Ivan and his team for your mold remediation.

Ivan arrived on time and did a thorough inspection, explained in detail the cause and gave us some advice on how to avoid mold in the future. We worked with Ivan specifically and overall he was outstanding. He showed up on time and helped us so much. He and his team defogged our house in a timely matter. After they defogged the mildew smell had evaporated! He even went above and beyond to help us get in contact with a handyman to take care of the source of our original mold issue. Ivan inspected my rental property last month. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained to my tenants that their dirtiness, poor maintenance, and too many animals that caused many problems. He took many valuable photos and explained to me.
