The person who contacted me for the project was Ivan Gao, he is extremely knowledgeable about his project and also very friendly and patiently with people to answer every questions professionally. In addition, he takes full responsibility of his work and is very proud of being an employee of the My Pure Environment. He is an excellent person
I highly recommend Ivan and his team and would happily refer him to any friend in need of mold remediation work. I had two companies do an inspection, and Ivan with My Pure Environment immediately diagnosed the source of the issue. My issue required roof repair and some construction work and Ivan was able to facilitiate a great contractor for me to do this repair, even the roofing, which made it so much simpler. I was also very grateful for the speed and clear and easy communication throughout the process. 10/10 for Ivan and... read more
Ivan and team did an excellent job on my rental. I received hundreds of short videos of the work site showing they did a thorough cleaning of mold. I feel confident to start reconstruction. I highly recommend Ivan and his team for your mold remediation.
Ivan is very professional and clearly knows his job well. He used advanced technology to identify mold and potential issues in and around the house. He provided with us a thorough and detailed explanation of what he have found and the suggested solutions. His communication is clear and easy to understand even for a layman. Overall I’m very satisfied with Ivan’s work.
Ivan from my pure environment was Amazing! Yeah, an appointment at nine, and Ivan was early. His work was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly. He knew what was going on and what we needed to resolve our problem. Highly recommend him to everyone 10 out of 10 customer service.

Ivan is a hustler! He takes care of business and knows his stuff! Reach out to him any time of day and he is so responsive to emails, text and calls. He’s professional and thorough with his work and answers any questions you may have about the process. I can trust that he will do what he says and be punctual and follow through. Ivan makes this potentially scary process easy to understand and quick to complete. Thank you Ivan!
Ivan arrived on time and did a thorough inspection, explained in detail the cause and gave us some advice on how to avoid mold in the future. Great care is taken when it comes to cleaning and Ivan has shared many videos with us of his work. The whole process was pretty smooth and thorough. Well done to Ivan and his team.
We worked with Ivan specifically and overall he was outstanding. He showed up on time and helped us so much. He and his team defogged our house in a timely matter. After they defogged the mildew smell had evaporated! He even went above and beyond to help us get in contact with a handyman to take care of the source of our original mold issue. Thank you all so much!!
