Ivan has an epa approved process that is non toxic and involves fogging the apartment. It takes 3 hrs but you can move back in safely after that. The mold tests were surprisingly expensive but on the whole the service is good

I highly recommend Ivan and his team and would happily refer him to any friend in need of mold remediation work. Ivan and team did an excellent job on my rental. I received hundreds of short videos of the work site showing they did a thorough cleaning of mold. I feel confident to start reconstruction. I highly recommend Ivan and his team for your mold remediation.
