Ivan Kwok was quick to my inquiry by email and came over to explain in person about my mold problem under the kitchen sink. He explained how Dry Fogging would solve it. His communication skills in business transactions were good with follow-up mails and phone calls. After I secured two parking spaces for their service vehicles in my condo garage, he came with his assistant on time on the day that I had chosen. The job was finished in 2 and a half hours. I had a great experience with Ivan and his team ! Very good service on time and explains to you every detail. They communicate everything with you and send you pictures/videos of the work they are doing to help your home. I suffered from allergies and excited for the results.
