Ivan is very responsive all the time and kept us update with any new information. During the inspection, he comprehensively checked each of our room, along with the crawl space and attic. After the inspection, he clearly explained the situation of our house and told us the right ways to do the maintenance to avoid new mold. Very patient and professional!

Today Ivan and Jimmy came to help me spray to eliminate mold. They worked very seriously. They sprayed every corner and took videos and photos to prove it. It was very clear. And they are very nice personalities and polite!
