We had an urgent case in evaluate a house that we interested in sending an offer. Due to time constraints, Mr Kwok did an inspection on the same day we requested. He is very professionalism and step by step walk us through in regarding of the issue of the house and possible solutions. He explained very well to make sure we understand all the content.
