Ivan was great and came over to do an assessment of the house. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I haven’t got anything done yet since I am waiting to hear from my landlord.
He was very responsible and I think he took his time to wait for me to explain me what he did.
Working with Ivan has been a wonderful experience. Ivan was very thorough, he looked at all of my problem areas to make the best assessment. He took pictures of every part of my home. He explained the entire process. He even explain what I should look for in the work of a contractor. He really gave me a full understanding of the work that was needed. All for free. Lots of experience and very knowledgeable. Ivan has an epa approved process that is non toxic and involves fogging the apartment. It takes 3 hrs but you can move back in safely after that. The mold tests were surprisingly expensive but on the whole the service is good
