We had Ivan come out to do an inspection of a property we were looking to rent. He did a thorough inspection and answered all our questions. Great guy! 👍

We had an urgent case in evaluate a house that we interested in sending an offer. Due to time constraints, Mr Kwok did an inspection on the same day we requested.
