Ivan was very thorough, he looked at all of my problem areas to make the best assessment. He took pictures of every part of my home. He explained the entire process. Ivan has an epa approved process that is non toxic and involves fogging the apartment. It takes 3 hrs but you can move back in safely after that. The mold tests were surprisingly expensive but on the whole the service is good
