Very professional and thorough with his inspection. Gave detail to the problem in my home and took lots of pictures. Very knowledgeable and gets right to the point.

Ivan is very responsive all the time and kept us update with any new information. During the inspection, he comprehensively checked each of our room, along with the crawl space and attic. After the inspection, he clearly explained the situation of our house and told us the right ways to do the maintenance to avoid new mold. Very patient and professional!
