We had a fantastic experience working with Ivan. He came out the same day we called for an inspection, which was a huge relief. He was extremely thorough—taking detailed pictures of the entire premise and explaining his findings clearly. His team came out promptly to help remediate the mold problem, and they worked efficiently and professionally. We recently had a leak in our roof which caused mold in our attic. Ivan and his team came out and assessed the issue and remediated the damage and treated every room as well. The price was fair and we didn’t have to evacuate or house for 3 days since the solution they use is eco-friendly. We were back in our house the same day and the air quality in our house feels very fresh. Not to mention him and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. Big thanks to the My Pure Environment team!
Ivan from My Pure Environment is great: he arrived precisely at scheduled time, did a very fast & comprehensive inspection of our whole house (he is so experienced that it comes easy for him), and instantly transferred to my phone all inspection photos and gave plenty of useful advice.
