Ivan from My Pure Environment let me to get an appointment very quickly, and the response time was instantly fast. Ivan went through the house carefully, and took photos on our house mold contaminated places & explained everything in detail, and took the time to suggested me how to get rid of mold and the future prevention meassures after sanitization. I really appreciated their clear explanations and professionalism. And the $40 inspection fee is worth to do it! Highly recommend!

This is our second time working with Ivan, we always appreciate his quick response time—rushing over to perform an inspection even on his lunch. We love how friendly, knowledgeable and thorough he is during investigations. He explains the situation patiently and makes sure you understand what methods he will use to remediate the mold.
I had a great experience with Ivan- he was very communicative and responsive and took detailed pictures, and gave us detailed feedback on what we could do to address the mold in our home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a value mold inspection before proceeding to take further action.
My tenants experienced some mold issue in the bathroom and bedroom. I reached out to Pure Environment and Ivan was very responsive. He came on time and completed the inspection in about 30 minutes. He walkthrough the remediation plan and answered all of my tenants’ and my questions. i cant recommend him enough.
