We bought a fixer upper with water damage which remained unoccupied for many months and hence came with musty smells and mold issues. Luckily we found My Pure Environment (MPE) through Thumbtack. while the inspection and testing was very professional and informative, they do not actually provide services to remove mold or solve the actual problem (ex. water leak). Their solution of dry fogging which I had to do some research to fully understand appears to be a complementary service after removing the mold and solving root cause etc. this can be more clearly communicated
We used this two-step dry fog technology (2-Stage Dry Fogging), and the whole process only took a few hours. The staff sent us videos and pictures throughout the whole process. The best thing is that I don't need to move the furniture, and the dry fog doesn't wet anything. We are very satisfied with the air sampling test results. The advanced EPA-certified patents really make us feel at ease. Highly recommended.
