This is our second time working with Ivan, we always appreciate his quick response time—rushing over to perform an inspection even on his lunch. We love how friendly, knowledgeable and thorough he is during investigations. He explains the situation patiently and makes sure you understand what methods he will use to remediate the mold.
I had a great experience with Ivan- he was very communicative and responsive and took detailed pictures, and gave us detailed feedback on what we could do to address the mold in our home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a value mold inspection before proceeding to take further action.
My tenants experienced some mold issue in the bathroom and bedroom. I reached out to Pure Environment and Ivan was very responsive. He came on time and completed the inspection in about 30 minutes. He walkthrough the remediation plan and answered all of my tenants’ and my questions. i cant recommend him enough.

Ivan was helpful in identifying mold and how to repair and prevent them. He had shoe cover to not dirty the house although we were under construction but the thoughtfulness was incredible.
He showed up on time and point out to the main issue with my house interns of drainage. He provided solution to solve the problem from root. I highly recommend this company
